(21:40) SAN BENITO COUNTY – San Benito county supervisors have approved a motion to bring 2 marijuana ordinances before the board. A 2015 ordinance, and the newly proposed moratorium on cultivation, will be discussed at their September 27th meeting. Although the Medical Marijuana Regulation And Safety Act was enacted September 11th of 2015, the state doesn’t anticipate having a licensing and regulatory framework ready until January of 2018….which means local governments need to regulate those until that time.
