(06:30) Monterey – There will be road delays on Highway 68 near the Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday). Caltrans will be working on road maintenance from 9 a-m to 1 p-m. Motorists coming eastbound of the highway should expect delays up 15 to 20 minutes.
