(23:02) BEN LOMOND – A 23 year-old Ben Lomond man was arrested early this morning in San Mateo. Nicholas Devine was already wanted for 2 warrants, when law enforcement officers discovered a loaded shotgun in his car during a traffic stop. The shotgun was reportedly hidden within reach of the driver’s seat. Devine was booked into San Mateo County Jail.
