(18:05) WATSONVILLE – A Watsonville police lieutenant has been accused of committing sexual battery and harassment. That after a woman filed a civil lawsuit against him, alleging that he harassed her for months. Her lawsuit requests a jury trial, and so a hearing has been scheduled for September 21st in a Santa Cruz county court room.
