(16:07) U.C.S.C. – Although  U-C-S-C  did  not  come   in  in  the  top  10  of  public  national  universities  this  time,  they  did  come  in  30^th.     The  rankings  are determined  by  the  U-S  News  And  World  Report,  which  works  to  assist  students  find  the  right  colleges.
