September 12, 2016: UPDATE: Floater Identified

(17:52) MONTEREY BAY – The  man  who’s  body  was  found  floating  in  the Monterey  Bay  late  last  week,   has  been  identified  as  54  year-old  Shariat  Madari  Babak.   He  was  identified  through  his  fingerprints.     Babak  was  reported  missing  from  Davenport.
