(08:30) Santa Cruz – East Cliff Drive is currently closed due to a fatal car crash that occurred this morning. The closure is from Prospect to 14th. CHP reported that a dump truck hit a motorcycle. They are investigating the scene. The identity of the people involved in the crash has not been released yet.
