Authorities arrested two Watsonville teenagers after receiving a vandalism report early Saturday morning. Shortly after 1:30 a.m. a caller reported seeing suspicious activity on the 700 block of East Lake Avenue. Arriving officers located a 14 and a 17 year old with spray paint and latex gloves. Police also found fresh tags on a nearby building. The juveniles have been charged with vandalism and for being in possession of aerosol containers of paint.
