Members of S.E.I.U. Local 1000 have ratified a new labor agreement, that cuts state pension costs, reduces workers number of paid holiday days and accepts unpaid days off. There are 95,000 workers that will be impacted by the new agreement, which took effect today (immediately upon ratification).
