A Seaside man has been convicted of murder. On Friday, 46-year-old Hai Long Tran pled guilty to the April 2016 bludgeoning death of Hong Ngoc Nguyen. Tran and the victim had a 15 and an 18 year old child together. Tran is expected to be sentenced to 15 year to life in prison when he is due back in court on February 27th.
