Monterey peninsula residents are preparing for the Sea Otter Classic. The 29th annual event is expected to attract 50 thousand bicycle race enthusiasts to the Central Coast. Residents should be prepared for increased traffic on Highway 68 in the Laguna Seca area from Thursday until the end of the event on Sunday.
