Santa Cruz Police seized two handguns and arrested three suspected gang members on Halloween. Officers confronted the alleged Norteño gang members in the Cedar and Church Street parking facility. One suspect was armed with a loaded 40 caliber semi-automatic pistol. A search of the vehicle uncovered an additional handgun, a 38 caliber revolver. 19-year old Lucio Martinez, 20-year old Bryan Ponciano, and 21-year old Maria Lopez-Enisco, all of Watsonville were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on weapons charges.
