(18:44) SCOTTS VALLEY- A Felton man has been arrested on DUI charges following a collision in Scotts Valley on Wednesday. Authorities say that the incident took place shortly before 7 p.m. on the 5000 block of Scotts Valley Drive. A witness reported seeing a vehicle being driven by 20 year old David Wyllie was travelling at a normal rate of speed, when the vehicle accelerated to over 50 mile an hour and left the roadway and landed on a parked Mercedes. No injuries were reported and Wyllie was booked into jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of marijuana.
