A Group of Scotts Valley teachers held a rally Monday morning in support of Measure A. Measure A would assess a flat 108 dollars on each parcel of property every year for five years. Supporters say the legislation could raise over 800 thousand dollars for schools every year. It approved, the tax would start in July of next year.
