17:52 SCOTTS VALLEY-Scotts Valley City Council swearing-in is scheduled for Wednesday at 6 p.m. Members elected to a four-year term will be sworn in at the Scotts Valley City Hall located at 1 Civic Center Drive. Randy Johnson and Donna Lind, who were re-elected, and newly elected City Council Member Jack Dilles, will take the oath of office. The election of the mayor and vice mayor will follow.
