A local solar provider has reached a settlement related to fraud allegations. The State Water Resources Control Board announced an agreement had been reached that requires Allterra Solar to pay a 106 thousand dollar penalty. The settlement was made without Alterra admitting any wrong doing following an investigation into charges that the company had engaged in falsifying invoices and inflating costs as a contractor seeking reimbursement from the Cleanup Fund.
