(18:29) SANTA CRUZ- The man suspected of fatally shooting a man and critically wounding his ex-wife was arraigned in a Santa Cruz county courtroom yesterday (Thursday). 31 year old Jose Ramos pled not guilty not guilty to the murder of 28 year old Santiago Avalos Sanchez, and the wounding of his former wife 32 year old Maria Ponce Rocha in Soquel on Tuesday. Ramos was arrested about a mile from the shooting, a firearm has been recovered.
