(07:55) Santa Cruz County – The California Highway Patrol is implementing a regional impaired driving campaign in an effort to eliminate impaired drivers and save lives. The Santa Cruz CHP will deploy officers on enhanced enforcement on Freedom Boulevard, Buena Vista Drive, and Graham Hill Road. The 12-month project started on October 1 and ends on September 30, 2018.
