(18:28) SANTA CRUZ- A celebration ceremony will take place at the Polo Grounds County Park in Santa Cruz on Wednesday. The event will commemorate the completion of a new restroom and concessions facility at the 62 acre facility. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. Light refreshments will be served.
