(18:51) SANTA CRUZ- The City of Santa Cruz is nearing completion of the resurfacing project of the top deck of a downtown parking structure. The Cedar and Church Street Parking Garage (Lot 3) will reopen on Monday in time for the Thanksgiving holiday and Black Friday. . The Cedar and Church Street Parking Garage was built in 1972, the repair project is expected to extend the life of the structure.
