A Santa Cruz felon was arrested last night after he was found in a car in the Harvey West Park area of Santa Cruz. A variety of drugs, paraphernalia, and firearm ammunition were found in 34 year-old Anthony Michael Alvarez’s vehicle. Alvarez was booked into Santa Cruz county jail.
