The city and county of Santa Cruz have received 10 million dollars in state funds to address homelessness. Some of the funding is expected to be directed to providing more beds in Watsonville and Santa Cruz…as well as for full-time Social Services at the Salvation Army Shelter in Watsonville, and other programs.
