At their meeting tomorrow, San Benito County supervisors are expected to consider making Cesar Chavez Day a county holiday. The holiday would be celebrated on the late civil rights leader’s birthday….which is March 31st. If approved, county workers would then get the holiday added to their schedule. Supervisors could also adopt a resolution that would grant the holiday to un-represented employees as well.
