16:30 SANTA CRUZ-A reported drive-by shooting at Beach Flats Park on December 26th was gang motivated, according to Santa Cruz Police. Several witnesses had seen or heard the gunshots. The victim a 19 year old male suffered a wound to his left leg and was flown to a Bay Area trauma center. Suspects are described as Hispanic males. They fled the scene in a light colored sedan with tinted windows. The Santa Cruz Police Department is asking anyone with information call 831 420-5837.
