The ninth annual Burger Week — a spinoff of Santa Cruz Restaurant Week — runs Feb. 25 through March 8. Participating restaurants are offering special burgers priced at $15, $18 or $20, giving chefs a chance to test new flavors and introduce customers to fan favorites.
