The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of an escaped inmate. Johnell Carter was taken into custody last year for five counts of child molestation. Officials say Carter was at a medical appointment last week when he ran from the hospital. The sheriff’s office is now offering up to $3,000 for information that leads to Carter’s arrest. He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that says “Amy” and another tattoo on his left upper arm that says “Johnell Jr.”.
