Sand City Arrest-7/8/19-1628-PMD

Sand City police arrested a suspected drug dealer on Sunday. A patrol noticed Zachary Kirk loitering near Costco, a search of Kirk uncovered an unregistered handgun, a half ounce of meth , and a scale. Kirk was booked into Monterey County jail.
