A Salinas man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child. On Saturday, 37 year old Anthony Urbano Castillo was taken into custody after a juvenile reported abuses to his mother. Castillo is charged with kidnapping, lewd and lascivious acts with a child and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
