An animal activist group has accused the California Rodeo Salinas of animal abuse. That after Showing Animals Respect And Kindness (or , as the group is known) released a video showing dogs nipping at the bull-fighting bulls. S.H.A.R.K. says that’s “Bull-Baiting” and it’s illegal….while officials with the Rodeo say they use dogs to herd bull-fighting bulls, because they are “bred to act aggressively toward humans…. So they are dangerous to herd on foot, or horseback.”
