(06:50) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman who allegedly stole merchandise from a department store. The incident recently took place at Kohl’s Department Store, on 1950 North Davis Road, in Salinas. A picture of the woman can be seen on the Salinas Police Department’s Facebook Page. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
