Salinas police are investigating a fatal shooting. At about 2:17 a.m. officers responded to reports of shooting victims on the 11-hundred block of Pacific Avenue, where they found a 24 year old victim dead of multiple gunshot wounds. A search of the area located a second victim a 21 year old male suffering from a non-life threatening head wound. Both of the victims are known sureno gang members. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Salinas police.
