A 54 year-old Salinas man has been sentenced to serve 156-years in prison for sexually assaulting multiple women. Christopher Brian Horton, who was found to be a Habitual Sex Offender, was given the “harsh sentence” by the judge, because she said she felt it was necessary to ‘protect the public from Horton’s predatory behavior’.
