A 22 year-old Salinas man has been arrested for using a fraudulent I-D card to cash a stolen check. The fake Mexico Matricula Consular Card had the same name on it as the stolen check. Raul Marrufo Vargas was booked into Monterey County Jail. He faces multiple felony charges.
