A Salinas man has been sentenced for a 2017 robbery. Last October, Shaun Doyle Fowler, used a note to rob a store for 100 dollars. Fowler was apprehended because of his distinctive facial tattoos. On Friday a judge ordered Fowler to spend 22 years in a state prison.
