Salinas City Manager Ray E. Corpuz announced on Tuesday that he will retire at the end of September.
Corpuz has served as Salinas’ City Manager for nearly nine years. Prior to taking his current position, he led the City of Seaside for more than six years and he previously worked in Tacoma, Wash. He has served in local government for 48 years.
