A  firearm  (registered  to  a  dead  man  in  Vallejo)  has  been recovered by  Salinas  police  officers.     That after  they  arrested  2  men,  who  were  smoking  and  drinking  at  a  closed  business  park  over  the  weekend.   The  men  were  booked  into  Monterey  County  Jail.
