The owners of a Salinas restaurant, that had their outside seating area vandalized, have been able to rebuild the space. The owners said that they and their staff (at Culturas Hidalgo y Oaxaca) are determined to keep providing food to their customers, because the way they see it, “we’re in a situation where we are supposed to be helping everyone”. The vandalism was caught on their security camera footage Tuesday night, and salinas police officers are working to identify the vandal.
