A San Jose man could face child endangerment charges. That’s because 24-year-old Michael Stemple and another man lost control of their rented motorboat off Live Oaks’ Sunny Cove Beach Sunday. They had a 3-year-old child onboard when they were involved in a rollover accident while trying to bring the vessel ashore. Surfers and bystanders were able to rescue the three, and the child was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
