The clean up and dismantling of the Ross homeless encampment moved forward Monday morning. Former inhabitants of the impromptu camp that had been evicted Friday evening were allowed back into the fenced off are to retrieve belongings as workers in hazmat suits cleared soiled bedding, dangerous flammable gasses and human waste. Police looked through the debris for birth certificates and other important documents which will be stored, for 90 ndays, while the owners are located.
