In Santa Cruz county, several roads remain shut down due to fallen trees, telephone wires, or both.
Some of these roads include…
- Branciforte Drive at the 3300 block
- Update: 2060 to 2300 block of Pine Flat Rd (tree down & wires)
- Buena Vista Drive at the 1100 block
- La Madrona Drive just south of Sims Road (single lane/one-way traffic control) UPDATE: Road is fully open as of 8 AM.
- Larkin Valley Road, just north of Mar Monte
- Soquel San Jose Road at the 5.67 mile mark (soft road closure; Update: SSJ Road has one lane blocked)
- Townsend Drive from Baldwin Drive to Lamanda Drive
- Valencia Road near Valencia School Road
An estimated time for fully opening these roads is pending announcement.
