A 48 year-old Avila Beach resident was arrested in Pacific Grove yesterday after reportedly yelling racial slurs, making threats, and throwing things at vehicles. Multiple people called 9-1-1 saying they witnessed John Ensor driving and acting erratically. He was arrested after law enforcement officers stopped his silver Chrysler Pacifica minivan on Lighthouse Avenue, near 19th Street.
