A Prunedale man has been arrested for shooting a rifle from a moving vehicle. 21 year-old Javier Placencia reportedly did that while out on bail for a firearm arrest in December. A search of Placencia’s home turned-up a shotgun, 2 rifles, ammunition, and nearly 100 pills of Hydrocodone.
