The inmate who escaped from the Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad has been captured. 28 year old Donald Likens walked away from a minimum security facility on Wednesday. Authorities say that at 9 am Saturday Yuba City police spotted the fugitive riding a bicycle and taken into custody without incident. Likens will be returned to prison to face additional charges of escape and will no longer be eligible for minimum security details.
