Power outage in SCC 02/28/18B 15:57 S.S.

About  400  P.G. & E.  customers  reportedly  lost  their  power  about  1  p.m.  this  afternoon.    Those  who  have  still  not  had  their  power  restored,  are  expected  to  have  it  back  before  6  p.m. today.     The  cause  of  the  outage  has  not yet  been  released.
