A meeting about the potential public buy-out (and takeover) of Cal-Am’s local water system is scheduled to be held this Thursday. The meeting had been postponed last week so Monterey Peninsula Water Management district board members could have sufficient time to review the 430 page final environmental impact for the potential acquisition.
