The co defendant of accused 19 year old child pornographer, Ryan Spencer of Aptos has entered a plea change. 24 year old Bryan Petersen of Tiburon changed his plea to guilty on Thursday in U.S. District Court in San Francisco. Peterson plead guilty to charges of making and sending illicit sexual recordings to Spencer from March 2016 to April 2017. Pteerson is due back in court in November, while Spencer has his next appearance August 30th.
