(07:20) Monterey – The Monterey Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who punched another man, causing injury. The incident took place earlier this month on the 200 block of Hoffman in Monterey. The suspect was captured on video and fled in a gray/silver Jeep SUV.
