A 20 year-old man will be allowed to enter a plea Friday, on the charges against him Jacob Andrews was initially released without bail, after 31 year-old cyclist Jack Meehan was hit in Santa Cruz last October. Andrews, who stayed at the scene and complied with authorities, is accused of Vehicular Manslaughter With Gross Negligence.
