(18:05) SALINAS – Some Of Monterey’s Finest Culinary Artists Decided To Shake THINGS UP THIS holiday season, opting to prepare a special meal for the homeless and needy (rather than holding their annual holiday party). The chefs brought their talents to Dorothy’s Kitchen in the Chinatown neighborhood of Salinas, where they cooked up roasted ham, scalloped potatoes, and pozole. This is the first time the American Culinary Federation Monterey Bay Chapter, and the local chefs teamed up, and they’re hoping to make it a long-term partnership.
