The license of a former Pebble Beach doctor was revoked this week after he failed to comply with certain terms of his probation. Frederick Ralph Miranda was placed on probation for 5-years in 2008 for gross negligence of a patient. Miranda failed to enroll in a training program within 60-days of the order. He was also ordered not to practice cosmetic surgery until he completed the program. A petition to revoke’s Miranda’s probation was filed in 2009.
